Expat families have also been attracted to this area because of the international school options. La Paz Community School and Costa Rica International Academy are both located in this area, and both have waiting lists. The price point in Potrero ranges greatly. If you are looking at a beachfront home, prepare to pay $1.5M, while a one-bedroom beachfront condo will be priced at $300K. Walk-to-beach single-family homes start at $200K and can go up to $400K depending on square footage and bedroom count. Walk-to-beach condos start in the low $100s .
